Abhay Pandey serves as the Programme Lead at Aparajita Samajik Samiti, bringing over 7 years of rich experience in public health, disaster response, digital health innovation, community engagement, agriculture and humanitarian response. With a strong academic background in commerce, education and social work, Abhay has led impactful programmes with organizations like Oxfam India, WISH Foundation, Foundation for Research in Health Systems and Poorvanchal Gramin Vikas Sansthan.

He has managed key initiatives across Uttar Pradesh focusing on health systems strengthening, digital transformation, disaster preparedness and vaccination drives. His leadership in field coordination, government liaison and frontline health worker training makes him a key pillar in Aparajita’s mission for inclusive development. Working as a lead he is managing the ongoing programs running in the different districts of Uttar Pradesh, managing team and also working for the business development of the organization.
